An honest note: this page describes what's on our roadmap, in the order we're building it. We'd rather under-promise here than over-promise in a keynote.
What it does

Three jobs. Not a chatbot.

Every AI feature we build has to do one of three things, measurably — or it doesn't ship. The test is always the same: whose hours come back, and which questions get answered without a meeting.

The chasing ends

  • The Nag Bot grows a brain: insurance certificates, BOLs, and PODs chased automatically — with the right tone for the third follow-up, because it's read the last two
  • "Where's my shipment?" answered by a message draft before the customer finishes typing it, tracking attached
  • Status updates written and sent as loads move — no coordinator composing the same email for the fiftieth time
  • Quote requests acknowledged in minutes, even at 7 am before the desk opens them
02 · ACTION

It acts on your behalf

  • Accessorials challenged with evidence: detention billed without an arrival time gets a reply drafted with your record attached — you approve, it sends
  • Rate increases answered with benchmarks: when a carrier's letter lands, the response compares their ask to your lane history before you've read the whole thing
  • Tenders routed by your rules: fastest, cheapest, most reliable — the trade-off you set, applied at 6 am without you
  • Bookings made inside guardrails you define: lanes, caps, preferred partners. Outside the guardrails, it asks first
03 · UNDERSTANDING

Your data, in your words

  • Ask your own record questions in plain English: "What did we spend on Toronto–Montreal last quarter — and was that fair?"
  • Every answer cites its source: the quote, the invoice, the timestamp. An answer you can't verify is a rumour
  • A month-end summary finance actually reads: what moved, what changed, what to look at — two minutes, not two hours of archaeology
  • Plain-language translation between desks: the same number, explained for the coordinator and for the controller, from the same record
Ask it anything about your freight

The questions your spreadsheet can't answer, asked in a sentence:

"Which carrier's detention charges have climbed this quarter?"
A list, ranked, with each charge tied to the load and the timestamp — and a note on which ones your record says were your dock's fault.
"Was the increase Carrier X sent last week reasonable?"
Their ask against your lane history and comparable benchmarks — with the two numbers that make the counter-argument for you.
"What should I ask for at renewal on our top five lanes?"
A prep sheet: twelve months of your rates, the variance, the on-time record — arriving before the meeting, not after.
"Summarize last month for finance."
Spend by lane and mode, the exceptions worth a look, and the trend — every figure linked to its document in the audit trail.

Autonomy with receipts, or not at all.

Acting on your behalf only works if you can trust the action. Four rules ship before any of the features above do.

Every action cites the record

Nothing the AI says or sends stands alone — a quote, invoice, or timestamp is attached to every claim it makes.

Everything is reversible

Every draft, flag, and action is logged and undoable. The audit trail covers the software's work too.

You own the data, still

The AI reads your record — it doesn't train on it, sell it, or leave with it. Same rule as the rest of the platform.
